Qilla Mubarak is famous with its very impressive architecture still beautifies the city of Faridkot. Raja Mokalsi was the founder of this fort, after then Rala Hamir Singh renovated it and extended. It is housed the Royal Place, Tosha Khana, Modi Khana and Treasury Buildings. Between fours walls of the fort there is a garden and all the buildings are very well build and well furnished.
Sometime it is not open for public whenver repair is going on.
Gurdwara Tilla Baba Farid
Gurdwara Tilla Baba Farid is as old as Faridbad itself. It is situated near Qilla Mubarak. Baba Farid was in mediation here for 40 days before he proceeded to Pakpattan. At Gurdwara Tilla Baba Farid you will see Shabad-Kirtan to recited get daily and Langer is served to everyday to the people who visits the place. The poor people of Faridkot also langer daily and people visit this holy place in a big number on every Thursday to show their obeisance to the Sufi Saint.
Sheikh Farid Agman Puran
Sheikh Farid Agman Puran is a festival which is attended by more than 1 lac people every year. It is celebrated from 15 September to 23 September. This festival starts with many acts as qawwali competition, cultural programs and live theater competition followed by sports such as football, volleyball, hockey and wrestling matches.
Gurdwara Godari Sahib
Gurdwara Godari Sahib is situated on Faridkot-Kotkapura road which is spread about 4km. It is said about Baba Sheikh Farid that he left his jacket there before entering Faridkot. At this place the gurdwara was established in 1982 and later on a Sant Sarover was constructed at this place. In a very large number people accumulate here on every Thursdday and also take bath in the Sant Sarover.
Raj Mahal is a royal place which was built during the reign of the King Bikrama Singh during 1885-1889. It was constructed under the supervision of him and then Crown Prince Balbir Singh who was the first person to move in Raj Mahal. It is spread over 15 acres, it present a very elegant look with French design which dominates a mid semi desert area of the Punjab. Its entrance is known as the Raj Deori, itself it is a heritage building.
Darbar Ganj is a well know and a very beautiful bungalow laid out garden place. All the rooms of Darbar Ganj are finished in very modern style. Guests from sister states was using this place to stay so after a few days it has been converted into Circuit House.
