This article is about the news about the Red Ribbon Express Train which will stop at Phagwara Railway Station.

For awaring the people of the country about the dangerous diseases related to AIDS, the Government has started "Red Ribbon Express". The Train will stop at Phagwara Railway Station from 4 November to ^November at the Station.

ADC General Gurmel Singh tells about this in the meeting of Organizing Committee of REd Ribbon Express. They said the main reason for stopping this train to the station is to tell the people of the region about - The Reason of the AIDS disease, The Bad effects of this disease, and How to Prevent ourselves from this disease.

SDM of Phagwara Amarjeet Paul were also present in the meeting. Alongwith them Civil Surgeon Balwinder Singh, DSP Inderjeet Verma, Dr. Raj Kumar, Secratory of Red Cross Society Mr. Viswamitra Kaul, and the Head of the Ambedkar Society Mr. Gurmukh Singh, were also present in the meeting.
