How to Reach Amritsar and Wagah Border from Delhi by Road



From New Delhi you need to take GT Karnal Road. After crossing Azadpur Mandi, Badli Byepass Transport Nagar continue Straight on NH 1.

The main cities that you will come across in NH1 are Panipat then Karnal, Pipli and Ambala.

One road at Ambala will lead to Chandigarh while you need to continue on NH 1 GT Road.

After crossing Rajpura Khanna you will reach Ludhiana. Continue on NH1 to reach Phillaur, Phagwara Jalandhar. Continue on the same NH1 from Jalandhar via Kartarpur, Jandiala and finally you will reach Amritsar.

The same NH1 will also lead you to Wagah Border
