Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College (GNDEC) in Ludhiana was established in 1956 by Nankana Sahib Education Trust. The college is a Punjab Government aided institute and is affiliated to Punjab Technical University Jalandhar. The college is named after Guru Nanak Dev Ji the first Sikh Guru. Every year, 70% of the students who enroll with GNDEC Ludhiana are from rural areas of the country. The college is accredited with NBA and have signed MOU with IOWAC University (USA) and the courses offered are approved by AICTE, New Delhi.
